St Johns Park Baptist Church believes in transparency and accountability, especially in regards to children ministry.

As such, all church leaders, especially those in children-facing ministries, are appropriately screened and trained. This includes;

• Signing a Code of Conduct.
• Referee Checks.
• Working with Children Checks.
• Training in how to keep children safe.
